What should I include for an accurate quote?
For the fastest engineered response, send: capacity (tonnes), span (metres), lift height (metres), duty class (M3/M5/M7 as per IS 3177/IS 807), application industry, and project location. For export quotes, also include port of destination and any required certifications (CE/UL/Q1, etc.).
Do you supply spare parts for LOADMATE cranes installed years ago?
Yes. We maintain spares for all cranes we have manufactured since 1991. Share your crane serial number (typically on the nameplate near the long-travel motor) along with the part description for the fastest match.
Can LOADMATE handle installation supervision at our site?
Yes. Installation supervision, commissioning, and load testing are part of our standard scope on installations across India, and available on request for export projects. Our engineers travel to site as needed.
What certifications come standard with your cranes?
ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing certification, Material Test Certificates for structural steel and welds, and Load Test Certificates post-fabrication. For export, we provide certificates of conformity (CE, UL, etc.) on request—please specify at RFQ stage so we can scope correctly.
Can I visit your manufacturing facility?
